July 10th -- Then we came home

After two months of being gone, home never looked so good! Many pictures fill my memories of places and experiences that have begun a new mindset. I don't yet know the extent to how this trip has changed me but I do know that it was an exhausting, enjoyable, journey of a lifetime. For now this Summer Study story is over but hopefully there will be "more to come."

July 8th -- Eiffel Tower

Today Tom wasn't the only one who made me go weak in the knees. Monsieur Eiffel also had my knees knocking. I don't know what happened to that daring young girl who used to love to swing from tree to tree but today I couldn't get far enough away from the edge as we were 324 meters high.  What a view! But I preferred when we returned with gravity gently to the ground.
